What is AquaRio?
It's South America's largest marine aquarium, with 26,000 m² of built area and 4.5 million liters of water, home to some 10,000 animals from 350 species. It's located at Píer Mauá, in Rio's port district.
How do I receive my ticket?
Once your payment is confirmed, your digital ticket is sent by email and WhatsApp. No need to print — just show the QR Code at the entrance.
Who is eligible for a half-price ticket?
Brazilians or residents aged 12 to 21, seniors aged 60 and over, students, ID Jovem holders and people with disabilities (plus one companion) — with proof of eligibility at the entrance.
Do I need to choose a date and time?
Yes. You choose the day and time of your visit when you buy, subject to the aquarium's availability.
